FORM AND FABRICATE (AND FUN!) - MASTER CLASS

This class encompasses all aspects of making a stained-glass panel, from design and production to mounting the work in a frame illuminated with LED lighting. Many samples will be made in class, and one 10-by-10-inch frame with LED lights will be provided to each student to professionally hang and light their artwork.

The focus of this workshop is to learn and practice how to add detailed images to your stained glass works. In class you will next learn processes including cutting glass, airbrushing glass (using an atomizer and airbrush), pen-and-ink drawing, silk-screen printing using existing screens the instructor will bring, and painting glass.

No need to be an expert painter, we will be tracing images in class. Enamels are painted on the glass surface then kiln fired onto the glass. Students will copper foil and solder the panel together to make a finished stained-glass panel. Great for beginners and those with experience working with stained glass who want to bring it to the next level.

A full refund will be given for any cancellation with at least 60 days’ notice. A 50% refund will be given for any cancelation within 59-30 days of the class.  No refunds will be issued for class cancellations with less than 30 days notice.
