WHOLESALE ACCOUNT APPLICATION GUIDELINES

Ed Hoy's International (EHI) wholesales the largest collection of Art Glass and Art Glass supplies throughout the World.

Wholesale Applications are reviewed within two business days of receipt. You may be requested to provide additional information to further qualify your application. Upon approval, you will receive our Catalog and price list. Wholesale Application approval does not convey Credit Approval. A separate Credit Application can be requested upon receiving Wholesale Application Approval.

To begin, please have the following documents available for submittal with your Wholesale Application.

  • Copy of Resale or Tax Exempt Certificate (Business license for State requiring and Canada)
  • Verification of dedicated business telephone number in the name of the applying Wholesale Account
  • Copy of business card in the name of applying Wholesale Account
  • Example(s) of marketing material in the name of applying Wholesale Account Web-site address if applicable.

Upon the approval of your EHI Wholesale Application, the following purchasing requirements must be met:

  • Initial product order of $700.00.
  • Wholesale accounts are required to purchase an annual (calendar year) minimum of $500.00.

Note: EHI reserves the right to revoke Approved Wholesale Account status as deemed necessary
