SHIPPING INFORMATION
As a glass purchaser you need to be aware of the extreme difficulty
we have been having with concealed damage claims. Once these shipments are signed for, freight companies will not entertain a claim. Basically, your signature is the seal of approval that the freight company has delivered the product satisfactorily.
 
To aid you in gathering information, we have begun attaching ShockWatch® indicators on all glass freight shipments.

These indicators will turn red to alert you if mishandling may have occurred.

 
  You must follow the  
  instructions on the crate
  if this indicator is red.
  Not doing so will most
  likely render a claim
  useless and Ed Hoy's
  will not be liable for any
  concealed damage that
  may be present.
