Yes, you can! All current customers are welcome to browse our showroom and warehouse to hand-select their glass. Download proper procedure for hand-selecting glass. All we ask is a minimum 24 hours notice before arriving. There is a $100 minimum for all will call orders.
What are my options for shipping my order?
Ed Hoy’s ships via UPS and Freight. If you do not want your glass cut, we will gladly crate your glass and ship it via motor freight. Ed Hoy’s has several freight companies with whom we have accounts, and we will get you the best shipping rate possible. If you don’t mind if your glass is cut, we will cut, foam, and ship the glass via UPS. Normally, four cut sheets of glass will fit into one UPS box.
What is a Premier account, and how can I become one?
A Premier account is a customer who commits to spend a certain dollar amount with Ed Hoy’s. With this commitment comes certain benefits, such as better pricing, UPS orders placed by 11am CST ship the same day, and an invitation to Ed Hoy’s Customer Appreciation Event every August.
